Melissa Khedar’s career in the seniors services sector spans over 20 years and includes significant experience in both the public and private sectors. Melissa served as Corporate Director of Life Enrichment at Lifetimes Living Inc. – Responsive Group from May 2022 to December 2023, reporting to the Vice President of Resident Experience. In this capacity Melissa provided leading edge recreational and wellness programs in retirement communities throughout Ontario. Her role involved program development to increase resident life satisfaction while mentoring Recreation Directors.

Melissa’s served Esprit Lifestyle Communities, Extendicare, from September 2021 to April 2022 as Corporate Director of Life Enrichment. Her role included implementing improved life enrichment activities over Ontario, Alberta and Saskatchewan. Her duties encompassed personnel training, program assessment, policy development and budget control.
